Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a board certified psychiatrist and physician trained in Whole Person Care and Lifestyle Psychiatry from Loma Linda University, the only Blue Zone in the United States. I also specialize in working with Asian American, Hispanic, and immigrant communities. My appointments focus on medication management, lifestyle coaching, and brief psychotherapy. I see adults from 18-64 and speak English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My focus is getting to know you as a person: your values, your routines, your support system, and your goals. Knowing who you are now is the most important step to becoming who you want to be. I always make sure that our treatment plan is aligned with the things that are most important to you.

What you can expect from me

Getting to know you and your goals is always the first step. To do this, we will thoroughly review your psychiatric and medical history. Diagnoses and treatment recommendations will usually be provided, though may require additional appointments depending on the complexity of your case.
