Great to meet you!

If you're here, chances are something in life feels harder than it needs to right now. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and men's issues. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who spend a lot of time thinking things through, yet still find themselves feeling stuck or unsure of what to do next. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and explore new ways of moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I don't assume that I have all the answers, but my hope is to help you clarify what you actually want, strengthen your motivation and confidence, and start moving forward in a way that feels both realistic and sustainable. My approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT, but more importantly, I focus on creating conversations that feel genuine, collaborative, and useful. Together, we'll look at what's getting in the way, connect with what's important to you, and find practical steps that fit your life and values.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you make sense of things without judgment, I'd be happy to connect.
