Great to meet you!

In a world where close-knit community, religion, and culture no longer provide us with guidance and meaning, we have the freedom and responsibility of finding our own. Why am I feeling anxious and depressed? Why am I acting this way? What am I repeating or avoiding? Therapy with me is a place to feel supported enough to find grounding and clarity— about your self, your mind, your relationships, your emotions, and your desires. Over the years, I’ve learned how to help people bear and find healing from their symptoms and their pain—and to strengthen their capacity to move through the ups and downs of life.

My approach to therapy

Through our conversations, we will help you get to the root of what’s troubling you, and work through the feelings, familial wounds, and repetitive patterns that are weighing you down there. Over time you will feel clearer about what you need, and more grounded to pursue what brings you peace and what satisfies you.

What you can expect from me

Most of my clients enter treatment struggling with anxiety, depression, ocd, grief and loss, and/or relationship struggles, but I offer consultations to anyone who is curious about themselves and ready to dig deep.
