Great to meet you!

Sometimes it feels like you're holding everything together for everyone else and no one is asking how you're doing. I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are carrying anxiety, old trauma, or the weight of family conflict, and I want to help you put some of that down. I welcome people from all walks of life, including those navigating PTSD, bipolar disorder, or anger that feels bigger than they are.

My approach to therapy

Together we'll work toward feeling steadier day to day, less reactive, and more able to trust yourself again. If anxiety has been running the show or old trauma keeps resurfacing at the worst times, our work will focus on helping you recognize your strengths and build tools that actually fit your life, not a generic script. I tend to work best with people who want real conversation over clinical distance, who are ready to laugh sometimes even while doing hard work, and who want a partner in figuring out what's next rather than someone handing down answers.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is simply about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you here, what has and hasn't worked before, and start shaping goals that actually feel meaningful to you. I'd love for you to reach out when you're ready. There's no pressure, just an open conversation waiting whenever you are.
