Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most difficult and overwhelming seasons. I earned my master’s degree in social work and have continued my training in areas including adult ADHD, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, and mind-body wellness. I am also a certified Adult ADHD Clinical Services Provider and Reiki Master.

My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can be fully yourself—not somewhere you have to show up with the “right” words or pretend everything is fine. I offer support while also gently challenging the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, major life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and emotional overwhelm. I especially enjoy helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their boundaries, improve their relationships, and create a life that feels more peaceful and intentional.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin exactly where you are and work together from there.

My approach to therapy

If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life’s challenges, you don’t have to navigate the path alone. I provide a compassionate, results-driven space designed to help you heal past wounds and reclaim a sense of peace and purpose. With over 13 years of experience specializing in adult ADHD, anxiety & depression, addictions and trauma, my approach is entirely centered around your inner strengths to provide an individualized experience. We work together to move you from a place of chaos to one of clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know one another and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to be different in your life. You won’t be expected to share everything at once or have the perfect words I’ll meet you where you are.

Together, we’ll identify realistic goals based on what matters most to you. These may include better managing anxiety or ADHD, processing difficult experiences, improving boundaries and relationships, building confidence, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

I create a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can be honest—even when things feel messy. You can expect compassion, genuine feedback, and practical strategies you can use outside of the therapy room. Therapy with me is collaborative: I won’t tell you how to live your life, but I also won’t just sit back and nod while you remain stuck.
