Great to meet you!

There is often a disconnect between what we logically know and how we truly feel. My approach is warm and direct, using a relational framework to bridge that gap. Together, we’ll move toward the root of your distress—exploring patterns, processing emotions, and developing the self-compassion and skills needed to create lasting, transformational change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we are all highly adaptive—that many of our current struggles began as learned solutions to help us stay safe and survive. I specialize in supporting those navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, ADHD, BPD, and the feeling of being ‘stuck’ in negative patterns. My approach is integrative and deeply personal, utilizing a range of modalities (DBT, ACT, Coherence Therapy, Attachment Focused, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Art Therapy, CBT, etc.) to meet you where you are. Together, we will explore these deep-seated patterns, process and update emotional responses, develop practical coping skills, and transform 'learned solutions' into conscious, empowered choices.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I foster a safe, grounded, and non-pathologizing space for you to process your experiences and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt burdened. In our initial sessions, my priority is getting to know you—your history, your current challenges, and the specific goals or distress that led you to seek support. Together, we will explore what you hope to change or better understand at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clear sense of how we’ll work together to move forward.
