Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Autumn, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journeys. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from The Ohio State University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care rooted in empathy. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the U.S. Military—an experience that shaped my deep respect for resilience, adaptability, and the power of connection in the face of challenge. That perspective now informs how I support clients: with steadiness, empathy, and a strong belief in your capacity to heal and grow, even when things feel uncertain.

My approach to therapy

You deserve a space that feels safe, steady, and deeply human—a space where your voice matters, your resilience is seen, and your healing unfolds at your own pace. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy, offering both structure and heart. My therapeutic approach is always anchored in empathy and genuine connection.

What you can expect from me

With an emphasis on emotional resilience, self-compassion, and mind-body awareness, I offer tailored support that goes beyond symptoms to the heart of your experience. Whether you're navigating life transitions, deepening self-awareness, or seeking a grounded connection, I’m here to walk alongside you—with authenticity, insight, and respect for your unique path.
