Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Autumn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I have advanced training in trauma-focused treatments, including Trauma Focused-CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and person-centered. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR, along with mindfulness and somatic techniques. I focus on helping clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical skills for managing stress and challenges. Therapy with me is both supportive and goal-oriented, creating space for deeper processing while also working toward meaningful, lasting change beyond just symptom management.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals, while also giving you space to share your story. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported. We’ll also begin identifying initial goals and create a plan for treatment moving forward.
