I enjoy working with adults of all abilities experiencing difficulties with daily living. I am passionate about supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community and within the neurodiversity movement. I have worked with individuals with a variety of mental health conditions that include; substance abuse, addiction, LGBTQIA+, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger, ADHD, autism, physical disability, and mood disorders. I offer individual, couple/relationship, and family counseling

I enjoy helping individuals from 14 years old to adults and elderly; by facilitating change, improving communication, and assisting clients to navigate central ideas about themselves, others, and the world. I facilitate a balanced approach with empathy and gentle nudges to increase awareness and to cultivate the courage to try new skills.

Identifying what a meaningful life would look like and working towards achieving that life with purpose and fulfillment is always my hope. One that is lived according to one's values, passions, and beliefs, and one that contributes to the well-being of oneself and others. Engaging in therapy is a brave step, and finding the right therapist can be a challenge. I believe and know that I can accommodate a lot of different personalities within unique situations and I believe humor is healing.
