My work is rooted in the belief that our natural state is wholeness. When we create enough safety and space to listen deeply — to the body, to emotions, to inner knowing — healing becomes possible. I offer an attuned, grounded presence where all parts of you are welcome.
I integrate EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach for processing traumatic memories and shifting limiting beliefs formed through unresolved experiences. Through EMDR, clients often move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed into greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, which honors that we each contain multiple aspects of self that sometimes feel in conflict. By getting to know and untangling these parts, clients often experience greater inner harmony and compassion.
As an art therapist, I invite engagement with the creative process when words feel insufficient. Art therapy is not about producing aesthetically pleasing work — it is about accessing deeper layers of insight through symbol, color, and image. The creative process can open pathways to emotional release and unconscious wisdom that may not emerge through conversation alone.
