Great to meet you!

My name is Autumn and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am a graduate of UTEP and Purdue University Global. I believe in a holistic approach to psychiatric care; every individual is different and needs care that is tailored to their unique needs. My path into psychiatric care was indirect and guided by my curiosity and a fundamental passion to help others. My experience as a nurse, mother, and combat veteran led me to the field of psychiatric care and within this role I feel I can help individuals improve the fundamental aspects of their own health, namely their mental health.

My approach to therapy

Collaboration is essential in holistic care, especially for individuals with mental health concerns. As a PMHNP, working with therapists and primary care physicians ensures comprehensive, integrated care. A multidisciplinary approach addresses both mental and physical health, improving treatment outcomes and supporting overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnose psychiatric conditions, and provide medication management to support optimal patient care. By combining clinical expertise with a focus on individualized treatment, I work to improve mental health outcomes and enhance overall well-being.
