Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 14 years experience working with children and adolescents, helping clients heal from trauma, improve their self-esteem, and learn to handle stressors that occur in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning that you are the expert in your life and my role is to guide and provide support from a nonjudgmental stance. I believe that through therapy, clients can develop skills and an improved outlook to create a life that is worth living.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and DBT.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is your space to feel safe to speak freely as we navigate your journey toward wellness. We will establish a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and work towards accomplishing your therapeutic goals. I want you to leave your sessions feeling empowered and with hope.
