I'm Autumn Lovas, a Licensed Professional Counselor devoted to empowering individuals to live a happy and healthy life. Over the last 8+ years, I have supported clients struggling with life transitions and finding a healthy balance. My specialty and area of passion is pregnancy, postpartum and parenting challenges.

I utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients learn, develop and utilize healthy skills to overcome life's challenges.
