Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree from Widener University, where I trained in trauma-informed care. With over fifteen years in the mental health field, I’ve worked in group homes and county-level services, supporting individuals and families in navigating complex systems and life challenges. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, compassionate space for growth.

My approach to therapy

My style is conversational, steady, and collaborative. I won’t sit back silently, but I also won’t talk over you—we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable while exploring both what’s happening now and the deeper patterns underneath. Expect a mix of reflection, practical tools, gentle challenge, and space to simply be human.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping will change. We’ll start building a connection and a sense of direction without rushing the process. You can expect empathy, consistency, and someone who is fully present and paying attention.
