Compassionate, Authentic, Skilled, Systemic. My life work is committed to walking alongside you empathetically during your healing journey.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have advanced training in EFT (for Relational Healing) and am trained in EMDR therapy (for Trauma Recovery). I am an alum from Hampton University, Duke University, and Capella University. I believe in lifelong learning and continued growth.

Warm, Authentic, Experienced, and Intentional. We believe that healing comes through connection with safe, secure relationships.

Our focus areas are Relational Healing, through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Trauma Recovery, through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

We also recognize the importance of spiritual healing for many and encourage time for prayer, meditation, and/or being in nature.

You are always enough REGARDLESS. Just show up as you are; it is okay and welcomed. This is a place of gentleness, empathy, compassion, and authenticity. We are here to both figuratively and literally walk alongside you in your therapy journey either as an individual, couple, or family.
