Great to meet you!

My approach is grounded in compassion and empowerment. I believe in creating a safe and non-oppressive space where you can explore challenges, make positive changes, and navigate life's complexities. My strengths lie in guiding individuals towards their goals, fostering resilience, and promoting holistic well-being. Together, we'll work collaboratively to unlock your potential and cultivate a fulfilling life journey.

My approach to therapy

I like to utilize DBT and mindfulness when helping make change. I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy, CPT, to help you process your traumas and overcome traumatic experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away valuable insights, practical tools, and a sense of empowerment from our sessions together. Through our collaborative work, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your strengths, and areas for growth. You'll develop effective coping strategies, communication skills, and goal-setting techniques to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
