Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults cope with significant life events. Whether this was a trauma or major events that occur in your everyday life. I help clients learn the skills to cope with these events and return to fully embracing their lives.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in providing a safe, supportive environment where survivors can work through the process of healing and recovering so that the trauma doesn’t define them. I also feel that it is important to create an open, non judgmental space where anyone struggling with mental health issues (not necessarily related to trauma) can find support and learn skills to help them navigate life more easily.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that they are in a safe, caring environment where they can feel supported, heard, and understood. In addition, they will learn skills to empower them for the present and the future.
