Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Autumn, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile!

You've done what you can on your own-what if it’s time for support that actually works? Let’s work together to untangle your thoughts and feelings and create a plan to tackle your chief concerns. With nine years of experience and hundreds of clients supported, I help people understand how their minds work, how they process emotions, and how to get to the root of their challenges.

I specialize in supporting individuals as they navigate challenging mental health symptoms related to ADHD, depression/mood disorders, and anxiety. I can give guidance during times of change and life transitions-relationship changes, moves, switching jobs, transitioning into/out of college, coming out, spiritual crisis, infertility, pregnancy/postpartum, menopause, and life after loss. I help those struggling with difficult family or romantic relationships-including when a parent or partner has a personality disorder. Additionally, I provide compassionate support for those experiencing grief-both expected and out of order loss.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutic interventions and skills can work wonders-but only if they fit how your brain works! I want to know-Are you a visual or auditory thinker? Or maybe you experience your thoughts like a 3-D movie? Where do you experience emotions in your body? Are you stuck repeating habits and routines that drain you versus restore your mental health? I want to get to know your struggles, but also how you experience them in your mind, body, and soul.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist who is a good fit is essential for therapeutic healing and growth. I hope to build a relationship with you where you feel safe, cared for, and heard. At the start of therapy, we will explore what brings you to therapy, gather some background information, and agree on areas of focus.

Let's get started!
