Great to meet you!

Growing up in metro Atlanta, Autumn saw firsthand the gaps in mental health representation—and she made it her mission to become the therapist she wished she had. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Addiction Counseling from the University of North Georgia, she dedicates her career to showing up for the communities that have been overlooked for far too long. Autumn's journey has taken her through adolescent and adult rehabilitation centers, where she witnessed the power of breaking cycles and reclaiming lives from substance use. For the past four years, she has served as a school-based therapist, walking alongside children and adolescents during some of their most vulnerable moments.

My approach to therapy

Here's what truly lights me up: working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ teens and young adults who are ready to process the trauma that's been keeping them stuck. Together, we work to break generational patterns, navigate the messy transition into adulthood, and build the confidence that says, "I can do this." Because you absolutely can—and you deserve support that truly sees you. You deserve a space where your identity isn't just accepted, but celebrated. Where your story matters. Where healing isn't just possible—it's within reach.

What you can expect from me

I take a holistic approach, helping clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences all connect together. By connecting to the body in the moment, I use identifing subconscious reactions to explore barriers to truth, unhealed wounds, and growth.
