Great to meet you!

Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, therapy can provide a space for healing, clarity, and change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of clinical experience in community mental health and private practice. I am EMDR-trained and specialize in working with women experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. My approach is integrative, strengths-based, and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT to support healing, growth, and resilience.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can process difficult experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and connect

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and my role is to help clients build on those strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges.

My approach is client-centered and tailored to each individual's needs. I integrate evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process traumatic experiences and reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences and what you hope to achieve.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and to determine whether we're a good fit. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, explore patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, and develop an initial plan tailored to your needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
