Great to meet you!

I started my journey by studying Psychology and LGBTQ+ studies at Rutgers, then received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from FDU. Since then, I had various experiences within the mental health field. More recently, I have been focusing on being a clinical therapist for individuals and couples, and working with mental health and substance abuse as an assessment clinician. With the establishment of my private practice, my goal is to Empower BIPOC And LGBTQ+ Individuals To Thrive.

My approach to therapy

I offer culturally affirming therapy tailored primarily, but not limited, for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. Through personalized therapy, advocacy, and interpersonal and intrapersonal engagement, I help clients heal from past traumas, cultivate self-love and acceptance, and become agents of change within their own lives and communities.

What you can expect from me

What sets me apart is not only my professional expertise but also my lived experiences. I offer more than just empathy and understanding—I offer solidarity and shared understanding. Clients can trust that I see them, hear them, and are committed to supporting them on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
