Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating — especially if you’re used to being the one who holds everything together. You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure why things feel so hard right now.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and adolescents who want support with anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel truly understood while also giving you practical tools you can use in everyday life.

With teens, I focus on building trust and helping them make sense of their emotions in a way that feels safe and respectful. With adults, we often explore patterns, boundaries, and coping strategies that support lasting change and greater emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about feeling supported, learning skills at your own pace, and creating space for growth. I strive to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you move toward feeling more grounded and confident. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’d be honored to support you.
