As a licensed psychologist, I have a strong background in providing care across the life span, with expertise in areas such as child and adolescent psychology, eating disorders, issues among men and boys, identity - based issues, as well as family and couples.

My approach to therapy

To support clients in making change, I utilize evidence-based models such as Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Adolescent Focused Therapy (AFT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while drawing techniques from various treatment modalities.
