I grew up as a religious person in a family-oriented home. As such, I have always appreciated introspection, connection, and honesty. Both my parents were born in post-war Europe and were forced to come to America with nothing except passion to rebuild. We were raised to be kind and driven contributors to society and these values led me to Social Work, where I have the opportunity to be in awe of the people I get to meet with, as we walk through their challenges with their courage to face them.

As a Therapist, I practice Humanistic Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). As a Humanistic Therapist, I commit to care for and to build a meaningful relationship with my clients as I partner with them along their journey.

I get satisfaction when my clients walk away from a session with clarity, hope, empowerment and they are looking forward to our next session.
