Great to meet you!

Prospective clients should know that I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I understand the strong connection between physical and emotional health, and I incorporate both into treatment planning.

I value collaboration, transparency, and respect. You can expect clear communication, careful medication management when appropriate, and therapy that is practical and goal-oriented. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all care—each treatment plan is individualized to reflect your needs, values, and lifestyle.

Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered. Seeking help can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where meaningful and lasting change can occur.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I treat the whole person—recognizing the connection between physical and emotional health.

I combine therapy with thoughtful medication management when appropriate, creating individualized plans built on education, transparency, and shared decision-making.

Above all, I provide a warm, respectful space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a comprehensive yet relaxed conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and goals for treatment.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to gain clarity, and you’ll have plenty of space to share your story at your own pace. If appropriate, we’ll discuss initial treatment recommendations, which may include therapy strategies, lifestyle adjustments, or medication options.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps in your care.
