Great to meet you!

I believe the heart of therapy lies in the relationship we build together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences without judgment. In our work, I hope you’ll find a greater sense of ease, inner stillness, and acceptance, as well as the clarity and confidence to move forward in the ways that feel right for you.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral approaches, and mindfulness techniques.

My approach to therapy

I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, relational challenges, intergenerational trauma, and grief. In addition, I specialize in supporting immigrants and communities of color, with a commitment to helping destigmatize mental health and making therapy feel approachable and inclusive. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan.
