I am a psychotherapist specializing in couples counseling as well anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression,and adjustment issues in teens, adults, couples and older adults. I have been using CBT and psycho-dynamic based therapy to help clients overcome their difficulties and prevent them from arising again. I use a client centered approach to tailor sessions to each clients specific needs and goals and help clients feel safe, heard and secure in the therapy session.
