Great to meet you!

I am a licensed counselor with experience supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered, I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgemental space where clients can openly process their experiences while developing practical coping strategies and greater self-awareness. I value cultural understanding and believe it is important to recognize how culture, identify, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape each person's journey. I have experience working with college students, young adults, and individuals navigating personal growth, career decisions, academic stress, and family or relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients build balance, resilience and confidence while moving toward the life they want for themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and creating a supportive, nonjudgemental space for clients. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected while working together to build healthier coping skills and manage stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I believe in meeting clients where they are and supporting their growth in a way that feels collaborative, practical, and culturally aware.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a comfortable and supportive space to talk about what brings them to therapy and what they hope to work on. We will discuss current stressors, goals, and any important background information that can help guide treatment. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgemental, and I want clients to feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for them.
