Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than six years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I hold both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Social Work and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, open-minded, and empowering, and I work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open-minded, and empowering. I believe each person has unique strengths, and I work with clients to help them gain insight, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we identify meaningful goals, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history and current challenges, and identify your goals for treatment. My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Together, we will begin developing a plan that supports your needs, strengths, and desired outcomes.
