Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist, I believe our psychological and emotional well-being is just as important as our physical well-being. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked alongside individuals from different walks of life; navigating through substance use, anxiety, major depression, trauma, and various life transitions. I have also helped women navigate through their journeys of infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. Coming from a multicultural and multireligious background, I am sure to be culturally sensitive and inquisitive. Taking the first step to seeking help can be hard, but I am here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

As an empathic active listener, I have a collaborative approach to therapy. I am passionate about helping others feel grounded in their values and authenticity. I will help equip you with tools to improve psychological flexibility and guide you to navigate the dualities of life. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques may be implemented in our sessions, as well. I will fully respect your process and welcome your thoughts and feelings full-heartedly without judgement.

What you can expect from me

It is important for me to create a warm and welcoming space for you, as I understand the first session can feel quite vulnerable. I always start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and the reasons for seeking therapy. Once we decide to move forward in your therapeutic journey, we will work together and bring your goals into reality. I am looking forward to walking this journey with you!
