My approach to therapy

Dr. Rockoff has worked in the fields of special education and childhood mental health for over 20 years, in and out of the classroom- and loves working with young people, their families, and professionals who care about them.

She has served as School Psychologist/Director of Guidance for students ranging in age from Kindergarten-12th grade at several schools across the country.

She currently works as a consulting school psychologist, and works with individual clients in therapy. In addition, she supports individuals with emotional wellness and Executive Functioning skills with REACH Learning Services, a Colorado-based integrated private practice, and is a member of the Camper Care team at Ramah Day Camp in Nyack during the summer months.

What you can expect from me

By listening carefully, gathering relevant information from the child and family, and establishing comfortable rapport, Dr. Rockoff works to set collaborative, actionable goals and to support individuals in understanding themselves and the world around them.
