A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one that person-centered, non-judgmental, collaborative and engaging. My goal is to help you feel understood while developing your own self-awareness and to challenge any self-limiting beliefs that may be getting in the way of you pursuing your goals and living the life you want.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that clients are able to leave session with a sense of relief and hope; relief in knowing that they are not alone in the burdens they carry and hope that they can overcome the challenges and obstacles they may be facing.
