Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Ayan, and I am passionate about helping clients live lives that feel meaningful and purposeful to them. Life can be challenging, and reaching out for support can sometimes feel difficult. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is person-centered, collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Your voice matters, and I look forward to helping you strengthen and use it both within the therapeutic space and beyond.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin building a supportive and trusting relationship. Together, we will explore your needs and goals, and talk about what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
