Great to meet you!

With 27+ years of clinical expertise, I help adults (18+) navigate emotions, trauma, and life’s most profound transitions. At The Peace Practice, I combine "Brooklyn Grit" and "Georgia Grace" using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to move you from paralysis to possibility. Let’s curate your life to honor your unique narrative.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and rooted in evidence-based practices. I use a variety of models tailored to your unique needs including ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for trauma and ongoing stressors. I help my clients heal and gain a deeper understanding of themselves, move beyond feelings of paralysis, and create clear paths forward without the familiarity of past traumas and limitations.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where you explore, share your personal story and grow.
