Great to meet you!

"Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew." – Cicely Tyson.

Before transitioning to therapy, I navigated various roles within the realm of Social Services. However, I found myself increasingly disillusioned and burnt out by the bureaucratic obstacles hindering my ability to truly make a difference. Yet, a steadfast belief in the power of aiding others remained at my core. Thus, I heeded my calling and embraced a new path as a Mental Health Counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Describing my therapeutic style, I embody qualities of patience, non-judgment, warmth, and approachability.

What you can expect from our first session
