Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ayana! I’m a therapist who believes everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change while building practical skills you can carry into everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered around meeting you where you are. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe being yourself, so I focus on building a genuine relationship where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailoring our work to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, or emotional overwhelm, we’ll work together to better understand what’s happening and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our time together—without any pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
