Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with 17 years of experience helping adults navigate life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a direct but collaborative style that supports emotional well-being and lasting change.

In my practice, I specialize in sexual and relational well-being as well as issues related to life balance and fulfillment. My goal is to create a compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and live more fully and authentically.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments. I believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and environment—to create meaningful and sustainable change. By integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness-based practices, and holistic perspectives, I help clients gain insight, develop effective coping tools, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. My goal is to provide practical guidance within a supportive, authentic therapeutic relationship that honors each client’s unique experiences and strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what “better” looks like for you and set goals that feel meaningful. I also like to talk early on about life after therapy—so you can see our work as a space to build the tools, insight, and confidence to continue growing long after our sessions end.
