Great to meet you!

My name is Ayanna Gellineau, and I’m a trauma-focused therapist dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they reclaim safety, clarity, and connection in their lives. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience. I believe that healing happens when we center your unique story, honor your strengths, and move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have years of experience supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care that integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, and culturally responsive approaches. I also draw from CBT, parts work, and narrative therapy, always adapting our work to reflect your values, voice, and goals.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, nonjudgmental space where your voice, needs, and pace guide the work. We'll explore what feels most important to you — whether that’s processing trauma, managing day-to-day stress, or building self-trust. Together, we'll co-create a healing process that centers safety, curiosity, and your innate resilience.
