Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are women and teens who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are navigating life transitions. They often come in with anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, or relationship struggles, looking for a safe space to be heard and supported. Together, we build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop tools to manage emotions and stress. My goal is to help clients move forward with confidence, clarity, and resilience—not just get through challenges, but grow from them.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping women and teens manage anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space and use a collaborative approach to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and help clients move forward with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face things alone. If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure of where to start, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard and understood. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that first step.
