Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with adults healing from childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and attachment wounds. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship patterns that feel hard to break, or a persistent sense of not feeling “good enough,” you’re not alone—and therapy can help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and compassionate. I believe that early experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others, and that healing happens when we begin to understand those patterns and gently shift them. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s been weighing on you and build the tools you need to move forward with more clarity, self-trust, and connection.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I’ll ask some questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you’re hoping to work on. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—this is your space, and we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and ask any questions you might have. The relationship between therapist and client is important, and I want you to feel safe, seen, and supported.
