I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping you learn how to cultivate the life you deserve and want. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, thinking patterns, and self-limiting beliefs that get in the way of you having life of fulfillment. I believe in taking a collaborative approach towards helping clients reach their goals.

I provide a safe place for you to learn ways to cope with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder). I offer honest feedback met with compassion and unrelenting support. I hold space for you to narrate your journey without fear or judgement.
