Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Therapist in Pennsylvania. I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their journey toward personal growth and transformation. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and meditation. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. Together, we’ll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through each step of the process.
