Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Therapist in Pennsylvania. I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their journey toward personal growth and transformation. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs

My approach to therapy

Hi, I'm Ayesha, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate some of life's most challenging moments. First, I want to say congratulations on taking this step. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am here to make sure your journey is meaningful, empowering, and uniquely yours. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you are going through a major change, feeling stuck, or carrying the weight of past experiences, I am here to walk alongside you with patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to your growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in active listening. I believe that feeling truly heard is one of the most powerful parts of the healing process, and I work hard to create a space where you feel safe to be honest and open without fear of judgment. When we are working through something difficult, you can count on me to be calm, present, and fully in your corner. Sessions with me are a space for you to reflect, process, and build the tools you need to move forward. I tailor my approach to what works best for you because no two people are the same and no two journeys look alike. Outside of my work I am passionate about volunteering in the community, health and fitness which keeps me grounded and connected to the human side of this work. I look forward to supporting you!

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through each step of the process.
