Ayesha Lakhani

After being a therapist for 20 years, I have seen and worked with clients at all stages in life. Each person I have encountered is on their own personal journey and I seek to understand how they got to where they are and help them find a path forward. I am as invested in my clients as they are in themselves. I primarily work with people challenged with depression and anxiety and going through life transitions whether it be a new job, relationship, family dynamics, or figuring out what's next.

I take a humanistic approach to therapy meaning that I meet you where you are and help you drive the process of where you want to be. I also practice solution focused therapy where we come up with ways to help move you forward.

Clients feel safe and supported during our sessions. They drive the process for their well being and I help support their goals.
