Great to meet you!
My name is Ayeshah Ovalle Mahmood. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a multidisciplinary academic background that includes graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Counselor Education. My professional experience spans clinical therapy, teaching, research, and community-based work, with clinical services provided across both home-based and traditional clinical settings.
My areas of clinical focus include trauma and PTSD, high-functioning anxiety/perfectionism, executive burnout, work-life balance, relationship concerns, grief and bereavement, life transitions, workplace stressors, and the unique experiences of military veterans and immigrants. I also have a strong interest in cultural diversity and the ways culture, identity, work, relationships, and life circumstances can shape emotional and psychological well-being.
