Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, mood changes, or the pressure of trying to keep everything together. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck—overthinking, burned out, or not quite like themselves. I’m here to help you sort through what’s going on and find a way forward that actually feels manageable. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before we start—just showing up is enough.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed approach, which means I’m always mindful of how past experiences can affect how we feel today. My approach is collaborative, practical, and centered on your real life. I take time to understand what you’re dealing with day-to-day—not just symptoms—and what you want to feel different. From there, we build a plan that fits you, not the other way around. You’re in control of what you share, and my job is to support you, not push you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk through what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping will change. You can go at your own pace—there’s no pressure to share everything at once. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s going on and what next steps could look like, and you can decide if it feels like a good fit to keep working together.
