Great to meet you!

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders. Many of my patients come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or discouraged after struggling with symptoms that interfere with their relationships, work, school, or daily life. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a fresh approach after previous treatments haven't provided the results you hoped for, I'm here to help.

My approach begins with listening. I take time to understand your story, your goals, and the factors that contribute to your mental health. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychoeducation, lifestyle strategies, and brief therapeutic interventions. I believe in shared decision-making, ensuring you understand your options and feel confident in every step of your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I take the time to truly listen, understand your goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation where we discuss your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support.

My goal is to help you achieve stability, clarity, and improved quality of life—at your own pace.
