Great to meet you!

Hello. I focus on Anxiety, Attachment; Self-Esteem; Toxic family & Relationships. I use Trauma-informed therapy; Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction; CBT & Somatic therapy to support Emotional healing. I offer Psychedelic integration therapy, too. You can schedule with me through Headway: calendar link is -> You've carried a lot on your shoulders for so long; holding it together in silence. Always doing for others, always being "the go to", always the shoulder for everyone else's tears. The invisible weight of work, family and adulting, all while surviving your past traumas and the current reality of rapid-fire changes, is heavy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With me you will have a space to exhale and just be yourself; to start refueling your tank so you can tend to others. I offer more than 20 years of experience working with top operators, high functioning executives and superheroes (parents, coworkers, neighbors, friends just like you). People who are exhausted from holding it all together

What you can expect from our first session

You'll receive validation and encouragement. You will receive witnessing of you and all you've overcome. Plus take home suggestions and tools for emotional regulation, thinking management and communication skills.
