Great to meet you!

My name is Aynalem, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy my job because it gives me the privilege to accompany many people in their personal journeys. My areas of expertise include many, but specialize in stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as relational problems. My favorite word is self-compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a big part of the success in therapy has to do with the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist. I rely on our therapeutic relationship to get to know you and collaborate in finding the approach and coping skills that work better for you, your life style, and your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

From our sessions, you can expect a genuine and present therapist. I like to take the time to know you and your history. I aim to create a space that is safe enough for you to self-reflect and go deep into what is causing distress in your life.
