Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience in the human services field. I've worked with children, teens, adults, and families. Over the past several years I’ve worked in crisis settings, helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, which is why I focus on meeting people exactly where they are. I tailor my approach to fit each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

Clients can expect me to be direct, open-minded, and supportive, while also bringing a sense of humor into the work we do together. I strive to create a safe space where individuals can explore their experiences, better understand themselves and their history, and continue working toward becoming the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s also a chance for you to see if my style feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—we can ease in or dive right in at your pace.
