Great to meet you!

I am a Psychotherapist providing brief and long term psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I help treat depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger, addictions and trauma. Additionally, I am passionate in helping my clients understand how life difficulties can affect their, self-esteem, self-worth, and their personal relationships. As human beings, we all strive to live happier, fuller and more meaningful lifestyles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and supportive. It is important for me to create a safe and trusting environment where my clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I actively listen to clients, show understanding and empathy, and validate their experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They can expect to learn coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Clients may also experience personal growth, improved relationships, and increased self-awareness. The therapeutic process can provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions.
